Children and adults are invited to celebrate the magic and power of picture books with award-winning author Mac Barnett who was named the 2006 National Ambassador for Young People's Literature by the Library of Congress. Mac will talk in Treehouse's Storybook Theater at 5:30 p.m. or 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 11. Children and parents can also participate in 5 activities throughout the Museum based some of our favorites books by Mac and have their books signed, too. Tickets are free but must be reserved in advance on the Treehouse website. Both children and adults need a ticket.
